Dear Customer:

Crown TV URL needs to be changed to: ez4u.pw

If you are Crown TV and if you have issue connecting server pls follow the step below:

1: press "MY TV or FTA:

 2: Press "menu" button on your remote controller

 3:choose Settings

 4: choose "Crown tv" and change it to "ez4u.pw"

5: press go back

6 press "ok"

If it is still not working pls follow the step bellow:

1: Make sure you go back to "home" page

2;settings

3:choose" super tv"

4:clear data

5:go back to home page


6: press "MY TV or FTA:

 7: Press "menu" button on your remote controller

 8:choose Settings

 9: choose "Crown tv" and change it to "ez4u.pw"




If you hava problem having black screen pls follow the stop below:

1: press "MY TV or FTA:

 Press "menu" button on your remote controller

  Settings

  choose "enabl cache"

 select "NO"

  

If you have problem connecting server, Please reset your internet modem by unplug everything from your internet modem and let it sit for 5 mimutes and repilg back again.

If you exprience the blank screen pls follow the step below

1: if you use AVOV Box

  - Play     -Settings        -take picture of URl (For instance: cod123.biz:88; or crowntv.pw......)   - go back to home page    -settings    - fctory reset    -erase everything     -Play     -in URL Pls type the url 


2: If you are using Global TV Box pls follow the step bellow:

 - Click "My TV" OR "FTV TV"

- Press "menu" button on your remote controller

- Take a picture of the portal name

- Then go back to home page 

- Settings

- All apps

- Super TV

- Clear Data

- Click "My TV"

The polish channel has issue now. Server is fixing it. Please be patient. Thank for understanging.
